Cancellation Policy:

There is a $30 non-refundable booking fee required for all new appointments, to be paid either through either CashApp or Zelle (memo: BOOKING FEE). The balance for services (THERAPEUTIC or SPECIALIZED) treatments will be paid after services rendered.

Miami-Dade Therapeutic Massage understands that things happen that are outside of your control, and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 24-hour notification prior to the appointment will be greatly appreciated. Any client who reschedules their appointment, the $30 booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, ONLY ONCE.

Any notification given in less than 24 hours, will result in a loss of the $30 booking fee and a 50% charge of the service amount. A new booking fee of $30 will be assess to the new appointment.

Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

All cancellations will require a new $30 booking fee.


All NO-SHOWs (in-home or at given location) will be charged the full amount (a 100% charge) of the reserved service amount for the missed appointment.
